「Clean room, staff were great」

「Clean and helpful staff, free parking Did not like everything else The location was so bad next to main road and above shops was very noisy Uncomfortable beds and pillows No AC was so hot we had to sleep with windows opened Very old building feels like aghost place No reception weekend No tea or coffee making facility Photos do not match reality Eas very disappointed withe the place never recommend to anyone especially families No shower gel or shampoo only a bottle of liquid soap...

「Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel」

「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...

「Great boutique hotel in the old part of town, down by the river. An historic building that has recently been carefully renovated and rooms have great atmosphere. Friendly staff, great breakfast and we felt very welcome.」

「Overall very good experience! It was very hot so was hoping for a/c but there was none (I also did not check before booking). The restaurant was expensive so only used it for 1 breakfast which was ok. The staff were very accommodating with the use of 2 fans and a USB charger. Overall the stay was very good!」
