Stayed for 4 days wasn’t greeted once the staff just looked at me angry and didn’t feel welcome at all, with exception of the lady with her daughter she was nice. Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird.
