「We stayed here for a night on a trip down south, and we were blown away with how nice the room and property were. The owners were extremely generous and provided us with smores to cook with our kids in the fireplace in the covered porch area. Couldn't recommend this place enough 」

「Owners were very sweet. Treated us to chocolate covered strawberries in honor of our anniversary getaway there. Breakfasts were excellent!」

「OMG please someone tell me how this was the highest rate location in Helen? The front desk was micro and the room had a huge hole in the ceiling. Breakfast was questionable at best. The hallways smelled like pee. There were people banging on our door at 2am like swat and screaming. We feared moving from the bed because of this. Worse part is we were in eyesight of the front desk and no one did anything. The shower ceiling and walls had mold on them. It was only a room for one night but...

「Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work.」

「2nd time we've stayed here. Always felt safe, staff is great, rooms are clean, breakfast always great, and we will always stay at this hotel when we go to Helen.」

「Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... 」

「The staff sets up a text conversation when you checkin. I had a question about the location of a light switch. They answered promply. My only complaint is the free breakfast. It is a bunch of indiviually wrapped muffins etc. Fortunately, there are a lot of good restaurants that serve breakfast.」
