「Our stay was made so lovely by Lucy. The bed was so comfortable and the room was perfectly quiet.」

「The staff, especially the front desk, was excellent. Breakfast was good, but hit and miss, with regard to the hot food. It was often out. Waffles, cereal, and dry items were plentiful. There was more noise between rooms than usual, but not enough to keep us awake. Just lots of heavy stepping above us. Bathroom was clean, but strangely designed. Very hard to reach the toilet paper, as it’s actually behind you. Location in Helen was very convenient. Overall, we would stay there again.」

「Room was decent, beds & pillows comfortable, fridge was almost full size. Pool was sparkling clean. Wish there had been a privacy layer drape on window. It was either wide open for everyone to look in or dark. Breakfast was open until 10am. Pool area was clean, pool was nice.」

「Connie checked us in and took great care of us. She let us check in a couple of hours early. She pointed out the good and bad places to eat in town. She saved us $10 a day in parking fees by letting us park at their sister hotel closer to the heart of downtown Helen. The deck area by the pool was a great place to watch the sunset as it is perched on the edge of the parking lot with great views of town. The City Park is walking distance across the street as well as restaurants and gas stations....

「The room was clean wen we first arrived, but after a while the bathroom started to smell like sewage. The sewage smell was on and off, and was so bad when it was on that we did not even want to open the bathroom door or be in the toilet/shower area. When we said something to the staff, we were told that they did not have a problem in our room before, they had in the 2 other rooms, one being the room next to us. She said she would inform management to make a note of it. So this seems to be an...
