"Allmiral took on board my feedback about the initial accommodation we were allocated, it didn't meet my health needs, and transferred us to one that we'd stayed in last year that had ticked all the boxes then and certainly done so this time. We appreciate that as well as their ability to put things right and look out for their customers. We had the back view which was quite nice as we would see people walking by regularly. It's almost like a home from home by. It's comfortable to relax in before we went out mainly in the late afternoon, and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen area was sufficient for our use and the shower was really cosy."
"I travel whit my husband and kids rooms is old and we are have problem whit air-conditioning one of my child is autism and no respect on hotel disability persons this make me sick "
"Large room, small bathroom with balcony on the street behind a hedge. Street very noisy all night. Excellent selection for buffet breakfast both hot and cold. Poolside bar and terrace and solarium which wasnt being used much. Luggage room available on checkout day and very helpful reception staff."
"The staff, specifically Brian, were incredibly helpful and kind. They provided great recommendations on sites to see and places to eat. Our room was a good size, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There wasn’t a single night in our 7 night stay when we didn’t sleep well. We had a room that faced the street, which could get loud when the sliding glass door was open, but my wife and I easily adjusted to the city sounds. The hotel is in a great location that is near great restaurants, a casino, and the beach. While the area has some graffiti, it is very clean. We witnessed many store owners mopping and sweeping the sidewalk near their business. We felt very safe walking around in the late evenings. Something to note, the room did not have a coffee machine or tea, but there is a bakery across the street that offers both.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to stay there again. "
