Breakfast was standard prepackaged fare, but the time were clean and staff was to friendly. Site has a rich Hollywood history, which made it an interesting stay. Some amenities, such as a smart TV or more comfortable mattresses, could use upgrades, but the price was fair for that too.

mattresses are extremely dirty. don’t bother lifting the sheet unless you want to be scared! Came during a snow storm and the tents are extremely cold. I recommend getting a heated tent.
