The place is brand new and nice, but very loud. We heard doors slamming all hours of the night, and we could even hear people coughing in other rooms. Also, they never cleaned our room, and we had to ask for towels.

Quiet, new and close to path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. Hotel itself was wonderful! Main road in Marion under construction was only disappointment, made it difficult to get around.

The staff were fantastic. It was easy to tell the hotel is pretty new. I liked that they had a mini shop for necessities near the counter. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was in all appearances clean and tidy, but the floors were hiding a dirty secret. This said our dog consumed what was suspected as marijuana from the floor of our room, which necessitated a visit to the emergency veterinary clinic in Delaware, OH and a $529.00 bill. This is a pet friendly facility, but exercise caution in this or any hotel as your pet may have the risk of toxic drug exposure. Our experience was most certainly ruined by this situation.

Clean, SAFE, Quiet. Room had an icemaker in the full size refrigerator. Our icemaker was slow. So we bought a bag of ice at the nearby Walmart. Had a kitchen but you will need to bring your own cooking pans utensils and silverware.

This property is fairly new construction. Everything worked properly, and everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest difference between this hotel and one that costs $40 more per night is that this one doesn't offer breakfast. I can buy breakfast for less!

Hotel claimed that they couldn’t find our reservation. Even after being contacted by Cheap Tickets, they refused to give us our room. We were made to pay again, in order to get a room. Then we were told that it would be days before anyone could talk to a manager about getting a refund. Very unhappy with both the hotel and Cheap Tickets.

My Place is a good hotel for the price. It’s very clean and the rooms are comfortable. Good area with several stores close by for shopping and decent food options also nearby. I had to wait for a couple of minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me in. When she finally did, she was very nice, friendly, and helpful but also kind of slow. The ice maker in the refrigerator in my room is broken, so I have no ice. This is the second time in the past 6 weeks that I have stayed here and will definitely do so again.

The woman checking us in clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She tried to tell us we hadn’t paid. We produced our Expedia receipt she had to call her general manager and he had to tell her what to do. Checkin took about half an hour. The room itself is very comfortable.

I will be back!
The hotel experience was perfect. Traveling with a pet, the room was convenient to access and the outdoor area was ideal. The room was very clean and the customer service was professional. The room offered a full refrigerator and mini stovetop burners. That was a bonus feature I had not expected.

The young girl that checked us in was incredibly nice and super helpful. The rooms were very clean and the mattress were so comfy we got a great night of sleep.. even with a toddler! We cant wait to go back!!

Nice room. Great price. Very clean. Lots of shopping and food locations nearby. Easy access. Walls seem thin as voices from next door can be heard quite clearly. I would definitely stay here again.
