「Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Kalispell, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I’ll take this type of property over a cookie-cutter hotel on the interstate any day of the week. Bathroom was small, our room had only one small sitting chair (in addition to a desk & chair), but it was clean & tidy and the bed was very comfortable. 「Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. The next day we noticed that we had no coffee or utensils, we were given coffee and utensils. We were given a heater but that still left the bathroom freezing. We only had 1 facecloth which was corrected. Later the first day we found that the only water coming in the shower was scalding hot, we could not shower. When we attempted to watch TV it...
