"room is clean but carpet had stains. AC not very cold. Toilet SEAT not comfortable and toilet flushes too loud and strange. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We could not shower because hotel had a plumbing repair and we waited almost an hour. Breakfast were good."

"For the price, this was a good stay. I was a bit taken aback by the size of my room; it was much smaller than I imagined (and the elevators as well), but it was indeed functional. If I were looking for a "room", I would go back. If I were looking for a NICE room, I would shop around a wee bit more. Parking for $40/night (not including the gratuity) was also a bit unattractive, but I understand it was downtown. That's still a bit steep just to move a car across the street. Other than those things, I have no real complaints."

"The hotel was kept well and quiet. The staff member immediately greeted us and encouraged us to come and seek any assistance if needed. The only downside was the pool. It had pieces of trash, leaves, and bird feathers. It appears as though it has not had any updates since opening. Other than the pool the rooms and overall quality was excellent."

"This is a beautiful and romantic hotel on the San Antonio Riverwalk. It couldn’t be better situated, unless you wanna be on the party side of the Riverwalk. You could go downstairs and be on the river in one minute, and then a five minute walk have every food option you want. Big rooms, big bathroom, lovely rooftop, swimming pool and spa area."

"My room was on a lower floor and the view was of the parking garage and highway. It was hot outside and with the sun shining into the room made it harder to keep cool. Kept the blinds and the black out curtains drawn but still was warm. They have a "cooling drawer" rather than a fridge. Room was clean, otherwise well stocked - safe, robe, slippers, wine glasses and corkscrew, coffee, etc."
