While I had to share the pool with a couple of ducks looking on, it was clean and well maintained. "this is one of the strangest places i have ever stayed in. if you can imagine going back to the 1950's, then everything about this place was like that. the mattress was so cheap that i could actually feel the springs in it. it is like staying on a movie set with everything being exactly like in your Grandma's house. it is an apartment with several bedrooms, but no one else was staying there while i was there. the best word to sum it up is STRANGE."

"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"My friend and I were desperate to get out of our booking at a very low-class resort and from the minute we secured our room at La Palmette, The staff were amazing to interact with, and made sure we could get into our room before check-in. The location is terrific and drinks with a view at La Palmette club a minute walk away, was fun and lively. Would 12/10 stay here again."

Easy access to two beautiful beaches and easy public transport to the city centre if you decide against hiring a car. A supermarket with everything you need is a five-minute walk from the guesthouse. If we ever return to Cagliari, we would stay here again without hesitation."
