「The unit was clean and updated. My daughter and I both found the mattresses on the bed and the sofa bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. The property would benefit from a proper closet and/or a dresser. we ended up leaving our suitcases open on the floor most of the week.There are also units with a clothes washer, but this one did not have it. I believe I read the description for the other unit in this building and specifically rented from Casa Annalu because I thought there was a washer....

「The apartment is wonderful, very well located with everything close by shop and restaurants, the children especially liked to swim in the bay and all of the locals were really friendly. I will definitely be back in the future. Also the amazing views is an understatement. The view of the bay of Napels and vesuvious is nothing short of spectacular.」

「Location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel room is clean with nice view. 」

「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」

「Wahnsinnig schönes Hotel. Bekamen ein Zimmer upgrade was uns den Aufenthalt noch verschönerte. Der Ausblick direkt auf den Vesuv und aufs Meer war ein Traum. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger Minuspunkt, das Frühstück lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.」
