「Hotel is still under finishing. Painting material and furniture empty packings are thrown everywhere. No maintainace staff . If your AC broken out, you can change the room or you have to stay in if no availability . Fresh staff with no training or experience . Even the manager do not understand the booking online or hospitality. I forced to leave my room after checking in .My room with advertised as sea view however I was offered other room as the available one.」
「We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...
「Property is very well kept and has amazing views from the rooms. The food services though needs some attention. Extremely hectic during peak times with insufficient support from wait staff. They seem to be overwhelmed and the service could use some improvement. Their alacarte prices are extremely overpriced. Not sure if this is on purpose to push all inclusive but overall great place but need focus on food services for sure」
