"We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

"This is a beautiful villa with large garden. Unfortunately it is dirty with rusted ceiling fans, ants and flies greasy stove no hot water could not take a shower for 3 days no towels or toilet paper partially working TV Needs painting . it was a challange to get it cleaned neglected garden. Very traumatic experience. Never cared to check or call to see if we are ok"
