"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"The property is even better than advertised! It is a gorgeous resort and very convenient for young families. The little train will take you to the private beach in minutes. The 3 pools are wonderful, but the most noteworthy thing to mention is the incredible staff!!! Amazing, attentive, always busy and making sure that the guests have everything. There is nothing I did not like (except maybe the security guard at the villas’ gate who was extremely rude because we were at the wrong gate to exit)… My husband and I would come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!"

Their communication was outstanding, and they made me feel truly welcomed every step of the way. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Monopoli. If you’re arriving by car, they clearly explain where to stop, then pick you up in a golf cart and escort you to the hotel. Upon arrival, they personally show you around the town and take you to your room, making the entire experience effortless. I was lucky enough to stay in a stunning three-level suite overlooking the sea. It had a terrace, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and every little detail was carefully thought out. Housekeeping was exceptional—they beautifully prepared the room every day, and everything was always spotless. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday. A friend wanted to send me a surprise gift, and after contacting the front desk, the staff handled everything with such kindness and professionalism.
