Good value solid option for work and business trip

This is a solid option for a business trip in the area. Be sure to request drinking water at front desk, as area tap water isn't drinkable. Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous.

Nice Pool

Average hotel in an out of the way location. Nothing stood out good or bad. It was a good place to get a good night’s rest. No frills. The pool is a nice size. No fences, trees, or buildings blocking the sun. No breezes giving you unwanted chills.

Fast check in, staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean.. bed was a little uncomfortable, you could hear the springs when you rolled over or even sat down.. but all in all not bad for the price.

Very friendly staff. room was run down. Needed new paint and carpet had several stains. beds not very cozy. Was much cleaner when we stayed 3 years ago. Like it is now I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, but needs some updating.

The room was spacious but in neèd of some updating. For example, the furnishings were showing wear. Some expected items for a hotel stay were not in the room, for example, bathroom tissue. Also, some maintenance items were completed at a subaverage level; ie, bathroom caulking. Parking and overall facility were fine.

Stay Away!!

I understand that this is a older hotel. I don't mind older furnishings or decor but a room being so dirty makes it hard to sleep. 3 Long black hairs on the bed, 2 in the shower, dirty toilet, 2 dirty towels, and a dirty pillow case with boogers on it. We had traveled all day and were exhausted and my husband had already unloaded our luggage and all his tools into the room otherwise we would have left! Its obvious they are not changing bedding or towels out, much less doing any cleaning at all!! Do yourself a favor and drive to Taft or any other town for a decent clean room!
