「Small rooms but nice and clean.」

「I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter.
