"The stay was very bad
1- Air conditioner is not working well
2- They gave us a room which is not ours
3- no Kettle
4- fridge is not working and smells disgusting
5- the bed had terrible springs and was very noisy and uncomfortable at all
6- No one asks for cleaning, laundry or even changing the towels"

"Rooms were terrible…had to change the first room because of roaches around the room. Second room was better but no towels, no hot water in the shower. Never coming back"
