「A comunicação com a equipe que cuidava do local não foi das melhores, chegamos no local e não conseguimos contato com a equipe que auxiliaria na nossa entrada, acabamos entrando com um morador do prédio. A localização também não é muito agradável. 」

「Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s」

「We got an unexpected upgrade. The room turned into an apartment. It was clean, comfortable, large, and right next to the city plaza. We had a great night's sleep, and enjoyed strolling the local area. I will definitely book here again. The staff is exceptional!」

「L'orario massimo di arrivo si limita alle ore 22.30. Con il traffico presente e la distanza del luogo di provenienza si potrebbe essere maggiormente flessibili. La camera da sulla strada ed al mattino è parecchio rumorosa. La colazione consiste in un buono del valore di 4 euro. Il numero di contatto presente in google non è in funzione e la reperibilità scarsa. Nessuno è presente fisicamente per accogliere il cliente. Il parcheggio non è disponibile ma da cercare in zona. Non vi è la possibilità...
