Das Resort ist riesig groß und war vor einigen Jahren sicherlich wunderschön, inzwischen ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch kann man für 30€ pro Nacht im August wirklich nicht meckern. Das Zimmer war riesig groß mit Balkon und Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gibt einen großen Außenpool mit Bar und Musik. Die sanitären Anlagen dazu sind nur leider gar nicht mehr in Schuss und das Schwimmbad/Saunalandschaft ist leider nicht mehr in Benutzung. In der Lobby gibt es ein Café. Im Restaurant gibt es Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. Hinzu kommt eine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht, wo es zum Beispiel Pizza & Cevapcici gibt. In der Bucht selbst gibt es einen Imbissstand mit Crêpes, Pommes und Getränken und man kann für wenig Geld Liegen und Tretbote mieten. Bei einigen Angeboten kann man bar bezahlen, bei anderen leider nur mit dem Bändchen vom Hotel. Die Benutzung und Aufladung der Bändchen ist aber insgesamt freiwillig und kein Muss. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Gelände mehrere Sportplätze, einen Kinderspielplatz und Trampoline. Die angrenzende Bucht ist wirklich ein Traum, glasklares Wasser lädt zum schwimmen ein. Das Wlan hat leider nicht bis ins Zimmer gereicht, aber in der Lobby und am Pool hat man beispielsweise sehr guten Empfang. Wer ohne Auto hier ist, findet im Ressort sicherlich so einige Beschäftigung. Dennoch ist es angenehm mit dem Auto da zu sein, da das Hotel sehr abgelegen ist, aber dafür direkt am Meer liegt. Pula ist 30, Rovinj 45 Min. entfernt.

Publicité mensongère, hôtel horrible et le personne aussi. Il n'y'a pas d'activités tous est fermer c'est un hôtel fantôme. Tout est rouillés,sale, l'odeur de la chambre était infecte. on es rester que 2 heures. J'attend toujours pour me faire rembourser et hotel.com ne fais rien pour cela s'il le faut je vais porter plainte contre cet établissement et le site car toujours pas de réponse et ils se moquent de nous !!

Das Meer, der öffentliche Strand und das Hotel samt Apartmentanlage sind sehr sauber, aber gibt es leider keine Strandpromenade zum Bummeln, od abwechslungsreich Essen zu gehen. Aus diesem Grund werden den Gästen Hotel-Armbänder fast aufgezwungen, womit dezidiert die Verpflichtung einhergeht täglich 120 Kuna pro Person auszugeben. Sollte man dies unterschreiten beim Checkout, muss man 30 Kuna pro Tag für das Tragen des Bandes zahlen. Ohne dieses kommt man auch nicht in den Pool oder Fitness-bereich. Zudem ist das Rezeptionspersonal nicht deutschsprachig, wie auf hotels.com angegeben u für einen Kühlschrank od Safe im Zimmer muss man täglich ca 9 Kuna extra zahlen.

Dear guest, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have to note that: We have a staff that speaks German (2 people on reception), and probably they were not available during your Check in. As it clearly states, we do not have mini-fridge in our rooms. But it is possible to have it, for just 6,50 € surcharge per day. Regarding bracelets, its purpose is to restrict all other non-hotel visitors to use outside or inside poo, fitness gym, etc.. With bracelet you got 20% discount, and we think this is a great deal for our guests. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to see you once again.. Regards, Boris

Schlimmes Hotel
Es war sehr sehr laut aufgrund der Gäste und Schulklasse. Der Zustand war stark renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer notdürftig eingerichtet. Frühstück mit Ei, Wurst und Käse ungenügend. Wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

disappointing stay
when arriving at the hotel the first impression was already bad. Dirty outside , empty and abandoned stores. The staff was very friendly at the reception and restaurant.That was the positive side and also Internet connection was good in our room ( because we stayed at the first floor) Rooms are old fashioned, Airco not working well. Price for breakfast is low but you also only get little variation. Long waiting lines for taking coffee or Tea as there is only 1 coffee machine. Dinner and lunch are a disaster, price is too high for what you get. we went twice to the restaurant and could choose out of the same kind of food both times. No proper cleaning of the room, beds were not made , towels just put on the bed, hardly vacuumcleaning despite the fact the floor is covered with carpet. Maintenance of the terrasses and garden is a disaster. Swimming pool for the kids was not filled up. outside the hotel there is nothing , no shops, no restaurants so you are kind of obliged to take lunch and dinner at the hotel or take the car and drive at least 10 km to find a small town ( Krnica) where you have a few restaurants. The 3 star Rate is too much for this hotel. In the past this was probably a modern hotel but needs a total clean up and renewal.

La struttura è un po' vecchiotta ma posizionata proprio accanto la spiaggia; nessun problema per posteggiare la macchina; camere carine e pulite. La colazione lascia un po' a desiderare, per nulla varia e male presentata nel senso che ci sono i vassoi con ammassati detto quantità di würstel e frittata; in genere si mettono a disposizione vassoi più piccoli e si ripristinano mano mano che il cibo viene consumato. Il personale non parla Italiano. Check-out lunghissimo con un unico addetto per una coda non indifferente in una hall senza aria condizionata

un posto veramente stupendo, l'hotel dispone di una spiaggia privata ed una piscina enorme, una spa una pineta campi da tennis, basket, calcio, un sentiero pavimentato dove fare lunghe passeggiate che si estende per km e costeggia il mare, un bar dislocato in questo sentiero sulla punta della costa, camere ampie con balconi e vista mare, personale gentilissimo ecco fin qui un paradiso solo che sembra come se qualcuno 20 anni fa abbia abbandonato questo hotel e da poco lo abbia rimesso in funzione, solo che in 20 anni le cose cambiano, i servizi cambiano le esigenze cambiano, ad esempio non esiste un forno a microonde in tutta la struttura, se devi riscaldare il latte per un neonato è un problema, i campi da tennis calcio... ci sono si ma la manutenzione non è stata più fatta da 20 anni quindi inutilizzabili, la bella pineta è piena di giochi per bambini che cadono a pezzi quindi pericolosi, pulizia quasi inesistente, anche se ad onor del vero nella mia prenotazione era ben scritto che la pulizia era limitata, la spa c'è ma praticamente nessuno lo sa, non esiste nessun tipo di personale medico, sono stata punta da un ape sul collo e io so cosa ho passato per trovare qualcuno che mi aiutasse, nessuno parla italiano. il cibo è inclassificabile, però da italiana forse pretendo troppo e devo dire che il reparto bevande era favoloso c'era dalla birra alla spina vino , the' pompelmo...., insomma un vero gioiello da rimettere in sesto però

Great family holiday location
Please go with an open mind, you are in another country not England. The Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The outdoor pool is great (indoor closed), the local beach is absolutely perfect for family's and children, totally safe. You will need a car and most beauty spots are within 30 mins. Try the little villages for dinner/dinning out. The Breakfast gets a bit same after a week but its all local food so be prepared to try it. Get to know the staff, they love to chat and help you with the local points of interest. Great value for the money.

Tragisk sted, unner ingen å reise til dette stedet. Innfrir ikke til det som står beskrevet om stedet, slitt, dårlig mat, betjening, dårlig bar eller for å si det slik, man kan ikke kalle det en bar.Nærmeste sted å få kjøpt vann var 2 km unna, ikke kjøleskap eller noe på rommet. Slitt vegg til vegg teppe på gulvet noe som gjorde stedet uhygienisk Matsalen var dårlig betjent, samt lite mat og drikke var elendig.Konklusjon STYR UNNA DETTE STEDET. Vi måtte finne et annet sted å ligge, etter 2 dager.

Var blevet lovet,at vi kunne blive lukket ind kl.03,00, men da vi ankom var der ingen andre end en vagt og portvagten som intet vidste.De svarede heller ikke på tlf. Kl. 08 åbnede de receptionen, og så startede balladen.Først påstod de, at der havde været nogle om natten, men den måtte de trække i land med. Så havde de kun et navn på bookingen istedet for 3, og det værelse de havde, kunne der kun være to på.De påstod at det var vores egen fejl, selvom vi kunne bevise at vi havde booket korrekt. Der gik 1 time med to opkald til dem fra Hotels.com ( som var meget hjælpsomme ), før de gav sig og gav os første nat og et superiorværelse u/beregning. Der var flere gæster der forlod hotellet og dermed mistede deres penge, da det er ringe.I beskrivelsen står der træningssal,natklub, indendørs pool og to udendørs pools. Der var kun en pool i brug udenfor, de andre var tomme.Træningssalen var lukket, da den var nedslidt sagde de.Natklubben var også lukket. Talte med en kroater, han sagde at for 5 år siden var det et af Kroatiens bedste hoteller med en masse butikker og aktiviteter osv., men nu er det i forfald. Hele området bærer præg af forfald med hullede veje, affald og toiletpapir osv. i buskene ved vandet ( hotellets område ) Der er IKKE off. transport og den nærmeste større by er PULA, det koster 400 kr. med taxi, og restaurant ca. 7 km. væk. Ikke egnet hvis du ikke har en bil.Deres restaurant er meget dårlig. Stranden er fin med sten og klipper. Værelset ok pænt og rent.

Das Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Kinderpool war ohne Wasser, und das in der Hauptsaison! Die Lage ist unserer Meinung nach sehr schlecht, da die nächten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr weit entfernt sind.

Cijena u skladu s ponudom
Resort je u stilu 80-ih. Hotel je udoban i sobe su komforne. Cijeli kompleks je dosta velik pa djeluje prazno iako je u trenutku mojeg boravka bilo stotinjak gostiju. Unutarnji bazen s grijanom morskom vodom koji je u sklopu cijene je svakako velik plus. Razočaravajući su popratni sadržaji. Aperitiv bar s vrlo skromnom ponudom. Ostali popratni objekti nisu radili sredinom lipnja (beach bar, slastičara, vanjski bazen, vanjski restoran...) Za obitelji s djecom koji su došli tu odmorit dobar izbor. Medulin i Pula nisu daleko, cestovna povezanost je solidna. Onima koji vole živost, posebno noćni život, biti će dosadno.
