Not good customer service or facilities.
Receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and rude. Kept wandering off and telling me to book in online but the online booking is not very user friendly. Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. A/c room heating didn’t work, just looked like the box was installed in the room but not plumbed in or electricaly connected. There was a broken a/c unit outside on the balcony which made a horrendous racket all night. Not enough bedding provided to be warm as this was a winter stop.

Nos quedamos ahí dos noches, fue lo peor, el Cheak in es a las 3 de la tarde y el Cheak out es a las 12 de la mañana, llegamos del viaje temprano cansados sobre las 12 de la mañana y les pedimos amablemente de dejar las maletas y todo en algún sitio aunque no podamos entrar y dijeron que no se puede y lo entendemos perfectamente, nos dijeron que no se puede porque sale la persona a las 12 y la limpiamos para que a las 3 podáis entrar, volvemos a las 3 y nos dan la habitación, entramos y resulta que no la habían limpiado, la habitación no tiene baño propio si no un baño compartido con otra habitación, deben de haber informado en la plataforma en la que se hace la reserva una cosa que jamas hicieron, flipas cosas que jamas vi en mi vida, pedimos que cambien la habitación y tuvimos que pagar 33€ de más para cambiarnos la habitación, entramos a la nueva habitación y tampoco estaba limpia, el suelo estaba muy pegajoso y había algo derramado por todos lados, luego resulta que no cambian las sábanas ni las toallas a diario como en todos los demás hoteles y hostales en los que he estado antes, un día llegamos por la noche y el chico que hay en recepción estaba al otro lado de la puerta, le pedimos que nos abra por favor la puerta porque sino nos tendríamos que buscar el número tan largo que nos dieron para abrir, de verdad parece una contraseña de wifi, y me dijo que no puede, tuvimos que buscar nosotros el código y entrar, el tardo con ellos ha sido horrible y no paraban de vacilar

Una vez llegado al hotel, el recepcionista nos atendió con una actitud tan cansina, no sabía cómo hacer ningún tipo de trámite con respecto a la reserva, vacilón y pedante, la habitación olía a humedad, las camas más duras que las de los picapiedras, ningún tipo de insonorización en las en las paredes podía escuchar prácticamente a la gente respirar, el baño con olor feo todo el tiemp, encima LLENO DE CUCARACHAS! 0 HIGIENE! El supuesto microondas para poder usar estaba en un estado lamentable, parecía recuperado de una catástrofe medioambiental, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, la tele sin señal, en general un servicio nefasto y súper caro para la bazofia de lugar que es. No recomiendo ir

Es lamentable para nosotros leer este tipo de reseñas que sin duda cruzan la linea de la realidad del servicio prestado en el establecimiento. Usted se ha hospedado en principio por 1 noche y luego ha decidido reservar 3 dias mas, en los cuales no hemos recibido ni 1 tipo de reclamo, notificacion, mensaje, llamada o queja de vuestra parte para atender en cualquiera de estas incidencias que nos comenta. Tenemos linea telefonica y mensajeria las 24h y recepcion durante el dia para atenderle.

Gracias, El problema esta en el mercado porque no produce niveles suficientes de ingresos con los impuestos y comisiones de agencia para proveer fondos de reinversion. De todos modos lo que hay es bueno y comodo y no nos gusta las ultra modernidades sin caracter. Nuestros clientes todos vuelven que es el mejor complimento de que podamas esperar.

Just don’t go there. The boss has nothing to do with hotel managing. He knocked on our door and screaming that we have to get out because we didnt pay the second night but actually we did. I had to prove him with a receipt because this is only cash there. He didnt tell us before that air conditionner doesnt work, in August. There is no breakfeast and I asked for a double bed and we just had a double room. I use to travel by myself and never had any problem with accomodation when I am travelling, even in cheap places. This guy has problem with people to be normally kind ecc.

We never knock on people´s door asking for payments. This is pure lie making due to the fact that they asked for a double room without asking for matrimonial which we have very few of. They also hide in anonymity becasue they cannot face their own lies. If we could find out who they are we could try and find out what went wrong. I am a major shareholder in a large hotel chain and this medium sized hostal is entertaining and instructive. If you check on all the other compliments it is easy to see that this complaint is like a couple of others designed by people who think that 60 euros is a lot of money because they cannot really afford it. You can get nothing in Europe of this quality for even double the price.

La unica porqueris es la que entra y se parecen a ti. les recomendamos que vayan a uno muy cerca de tu casa que lo hacen por 1 euro al dia y probablemente lo unico que podeis costear. Un saludo culto.

Nos anularon la reserva, y me entere cuando ya estabamos alli, despues de 1000km en coche, tuvimos que dormir en el coche y reservar otro hotel para el dia siguiente.

Mentiras. Hablamos con dos que habian reservado en el ultimo momento que nosotros no podiamos acomodar - estando lleno. Vinieron porque no encontraron otro lado y ademas que no aceptamos late bookings si no hay.

Strange experience
I stayed 3 nights for work, so I took a basic hotel. It sounded better than it was. There was no cafeteria open, no roof terazza open, no wifi in the rooms, old used soaps in my toilet, although the room was ok. I paid double for one person. The receptionist was quite nice in the beginnging althoug I had to listen his stories about the hotel and life (complaints) for a long time before I got the key. Then when I asked the services (toilet paper, new towels) after 3 days and staying a bit longer, it got weird. He was unpolite. Please check the real services if you want to stay there. I could not recommend this place.

Sorry for having kept you from you room with idle chatter. I like to know my clients to see how we can help. We have been full all August and most of July so we must have closed for a couple of days to catch up and it must have been a late booking. Sorry about the dog fur, but short staffed I had to keep them on board rather than leave them at home all day on their own. I am in any case dog friendly and although I do not allow them in rooms clients often bring them to reception when they make their booking or friends bring them along. As for double rather than single, it does not happen so there must have been a boyfriend or girlfriend making up the pair. Anonymous critics are not worth even listening to. I suggest study of the mayority of the good reviews which are open and honest.

Hotell värden Michael var riktig snäll och omtänksam. Frågade alltid hur vi mådde och gav oss bra tips på restauranger, badplatser mm. Bäst av allt med hans bakgrund som författare så dela han med sig sina livshistorier. Övriga medarbetare var också jättetrevliga. Vi har tidigare bott på hotell med finare utsikt och närmre till hav och liknande MEN aldrig fått den servicen och trevligheten som man fick från Hostel Felipe. Det är hela grejen med resan att det känns tryggt och fint !

Hola, Jamas hemos tenido desayuna al tener 43 habitaciones y un salon relativamente pequeño. La nueva cafeteria estara lista para fin de año y podria acomodar 80 personas. Nuestros clientes prefieren sentarse en una cafeteria de las cuales hay muchas para no estar dentro del hostal tanto tiempo. Un desayuna continental solamente cuesta 2 euros.

Muy satisfactoria en general
Muy buena. Al llegar me recibieron muy bien y me acompañaron a la habitación, la cual estaba muy limpia y ordenada. El cuarto de baño estaba completo y funcionaba todo correctamente. Se encuentra en un sitio bastante céntrico y con buenas vistas. La terraza es enorme y las vistas muy bonitas. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a la ciudad.
