Apartment near to Puerto Banus

Excellent staff who were accommodating and helpful. The place also has a very warm covered pool, albeit a little tired, and the grounds are pretty and well kept. On the downside, the room had a rather unpleasant odur (especially when the aircon was switched on) and there were random outside noises at night. Having said this the short stay was very good value.

Low standard, dated, expensive

Overpriced for what it is, even for Marbella. The rooms are dated, worn out and is in urgent need for repairs (lights, broken furniture) in the short-term and a full modernization in the medium-term. No amenities. I only stayed here because my initial booking had to cancel - and I will never return.

I tried to explain that my elderly parents couldn’t go up and down that many steps all over the property. The front desk, Chris didn’t even showed empathy. The AC was also not working and everything smelled old and mildew. We left the same night and will dispute the full 3 day stay that I paid for

Llegue al establecimiento y no tienen recepción ni nadie que atienda. Después de mucho buscar me enteré qué hay que hablar a un teléfono para que abran. No obstante el encargado me dijo que no tenía reservación pero nunca me notificaron. Pésima experiencia. No recomiendo para nada el establecimiento. Tuve que ponerme a buscar hotel a las 8 de la noche

House of horrors concerning cleaniness! The apartment had not been cleaned for a very long time, thus there were spiderwebs (with the dead insects included) and a terrible smell to stagnant black water... if your do not mind some deep household cleaning work upon arrival, this property may be for you

Lovely well equipped town house with two bedrooms and lots of outside space. We were right next to the children’s play area which was perfect. Stayed in a ground floor apartment last year and both were really well equipped for cooking and had a dishwasher with 2 tablets provided. Complex is kept really clean and smart and feels secure. Worth noting that due to the marble staircase I would avoid a town house with very young children. Having said that it was perfect for us and we will definitely return.
