「Das Zimmer war super sauber & wurde jeden tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. 「The town of Santa Teresa Gallura was amazing, the location of the hotel was good. Just a short walk to the beach and the town center. Other than that this was a good stay but nothing spectacular.」

La spiaggia è molto bella e si dovrebbe spiegare che la posidonia morta sulla spiaggia ha un’importante funzione ecologica e meccanica di protezione della spiaggia. In ogni caso la spiaggia potrebbe essere pulita meglio, ed il parcheggio auto privato è poco capiente, per cui a volte non si poteva parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della struttura. 「It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. When we arrived it was hot, humid and sticky in the room, Sonia said to wait it will cool down with time. When my wife brought it up to her 5 hours later she came over told...

「small tv with no Engish channels, the receptionist suggested that we shouldn't hang our laundry out in the balcony (we clipped our laundry so that it won't fly away), great outdoor space at the back of the hotel to relax, weird that lights are not always on in reception and hallways (even at night and in the elevator). Clean room and washroom, small balcony is lovely」

「The view from this place is so beautiful and the people working at the hotel were so kind and helpful. The concierge was so amazing - booking restaurants and giving us fusnace on where to and what to do. The only note is that you must have a car. The town is cute but very sleepy. The restaurants and bars that have more energy require driving. The restaurants in town are very causal.」
