「It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. 」

「Amazing hotel and hospitality! Highly recommend. The landscape is beautiful! The staff Lorena was super nice. It’s close to the main town about 10 minute drive and the hotel will call you a taxi when needed. Beautiful place in Sacred Valley」

「Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!」

「Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

「Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.」

「Het ligt een stukje buiten Cusco maar daardoor wel op een rustige locatie. Het dorpje is leuk om te verkennen. De kamer is ruim. Het enige nadeel was de douche die af en toe ijskoud en dan ineens erg heet werd. Ook het matje dat ze in de douche hadden liggen was glad en haalden we er steevast uit. Verder een prima hotel met eenvoudig ontbijt. Helaas konden we niet zwemmen omdat zwembad nog niet vol zat. In de maand mei dus even controleren.」
