The only real complaint I have is housekeeping came into our room at 12:30 in the morning to clean. We were sleeping and she woke us up.

Was disappointed the pools were not open since it was over 90 degrees outside the 4 days we were there

Great central location. Helpful staff. Food on- site was all delicious. Easy access to taxis, uber and Lyft. The beds and room temperature were comfortable. The only downside was the long walk to the room after you got off the elevator. But, once in the room you didn't hear noise from other rooms or the hallways. I wish there was an option to opt out of the resort fees. I didn't use the pool or gym but still had to pay the fees. Require arm bands for those that want to use the extra amenities.
