"This is definitely a no frills hotel. The grounds are not well maintained--grass needs cutting, concrete steps are crumbling. When we got to our room, we learned that the TV was not working. We had to move to another room because we were told that there is no maintenance. It was early evening, so not sure if no maintenance in the evening or no maintenance at all. Although there were clean towels in the room, no wash cloths and no hand soap (although there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash). The oven in the kitchenette was absolutely disgusting! I realized that there was no hair dryer in the room. I went to the front desk and asked and they said someone would bring me one. 8 hours later, still no hair dryer, so I went back and asked again. The front desk clerk promised that she would try to find one for me or let me know if there wasn't any available. Never heard back from her and never got a hair dryer. The website states coffee and tea in the lobby, however we were told that the coffee maker was broken. The exercise room had a treadmill, a stationary bike and an elliptical. The stationary bike was out of order. The treadmill worked fine The one bright spot was that they did allow us to check out late. I would not recommend this hotel."

"This hotel was from the hell, the parking was from the hell. The door to our room squeaked so bad, we will need a hearing checked to make sure we didn’t lose our ear drums. Rooms were a paper thin you could hear every move above person made. Asked them if we could change to a different room but they won’t let us change. The last night of stay, the hotel caught on fire sent all of us to out side for over an hour in the middle of the night and in the cold. Our clothes smell like a rubber chemical bunt Yet no hotel management apologized us for inconvenienced us. "

"We would have loved to enjoy the fire pit but appeared to be out of propane. Also the hot tub wasn't open but may have been to early in the season."
