"There are a few things that could be upgraded. The mattress was not bad, but not amazing and a few things were a little banged up. That being said, some of the staff were absolutely stand out. I wish that I would’ve gotten their names. There were some very excellent people at the front desk and a couple of other staff members that we happened upon while going up and down the elevators and such were so friendly. The location was perfection. We went for coffee and snacks every single morning at Reading terminal market because it was just right there and so much fun. We would stay here again and again and again."

"I loved how clean the hotel was in general the only thing I don’t like is how the staff don’t greet you or show any hospitality or new comer’s welcome they just get straight to it but other than that it was a good experience I personally don’t like they food it needs to be updated I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet"
