"Staff were hard to find. Sliding glass door to patio (ground floor suite) opened once then would not shut fully and could not lock. When I reported it to front desk. I was told there is no maintenance on the weekend and they had no other suites to change me to. And they said sorry. That is not an acceptable answer, that is a security issue when you can’t lock your room."

"Large stains on curtains, dirty bathroom floor and tub, a/c didn't work, bad smells in our room and throughout the hotel, pool closed for maintenance the three days we were there. The first night we stayed we called hotels.com to ask if we could cancel our third night since it was outside of the 24 hour window. The hotel said it was against policy to let anyone shorten their stay once they had checked in so we were stuck with these conditions. I am not one to leave a negative review but I was really upset with these conditions considering the 8/10 rating so I just wanted to make sure I shared more accurate information."

"No towels in the room when we checked in, asked for them at the front desk there were none available they were still being washed. Returned later in the evening around 11pm still no towels. No TP in the bathroom, only 2 lights had bulbs. Pool was down. Staff was friendly "
