"Check in lady was rude when we notified them the facet in tub was running and unable to turn off. Had to beg for towels on several occasions. Staff even told us that giving us towels was not their job. Staff constantly on video calls when approached desk and were motioned to wait a minute. Only thing good about was it was clean, although sheets were stained, and location for us."
