「The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets. 「NEVER AGAIN will I book at this hotel. For being one of the most expensive hotels in Dipolog, it's a DUMP!! The rooms are to small. The beds are to small. No amenities at all in the room. Broken bathroom fixtures that were falling off the wall. Toilet not secured to the floor... etc... I immediately asked for another room and the second room was WORST than the first room.
