「My favorite place to stay on the Island! 」

「Friendly staff, nice clean room」

「I recently stayed at the Franklin Hotel during a solo deer hunting trip to Martha's Vineyard. Loved the cleanliness of the entire property and of my room. Though it took a bit to get used to, I also loved the automated check-in process. Front door was locked, but to be fair I am sure it was because of the snow; back door was used instead and worked just fine. Now, I know it was off season, but I also loved the privacy and quietness of the hotel overall. Didn't get to see much of the staff, but...

「This is a quiet, comfortable, clean environment in walking distance to stores, the beach, restaurants, the post office, and the bus stop. There is parking in front of and a short distance walk from the hotel. The rooms are updated and offer what is needed for a relaxing stay.」

「Great sea views and all round a fantastic place to stay. The staff can not do enough for you, the service is exceptional. I loved they had nice wine glasses and fridge access with soft drinks and water available 24/7. This is one of my all time favorite stays the set up works perfectly. Would love to visit again.」

「The Iris Hotel was very nicer. Check in and out was a breeze. Clean, inviting, and the service was great. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything from waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit, etc. I was not expecting that. I highly recommend it. 」

「整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。」

「Staff was spectacular - especially the woman who checked us in late afternoon Friday, with details on amenities, suggestions for dining, best sunset, coffee, etc. Others were helpful as well. Pool had tons of clean fresh towels; bathroom had deep soaking tub which I enjoyed. 」
