When we arrived the name did not match what was online.. My reservation had the wrong name. There was no remote in the room. The toilet also was running when we walked in and throughout our stay though I let them know. The pool was closed. Rooms were fairly clean. 2.5/5

I walked in and the guy behind the desk just starred at me so I said hello (weird) then he speaks. It took 20 minutes for check in, the hotel is filthy there was nothing quality about this place and because I was from another state I made the best of it. I went to shower and the tub wouldnt drain the water out, I got up the next morning and the water was still in the tub. My bed smelled like newports as im writing im getting angry but stay away until they remodel

The attendant told us to park by the first door to get to our room the easiest... our room was only about 4 doors up from the far side door... why make people walk more than needed especially with luggage. The coffee pot was not clean, there was paper and rubber bands on the floor in several places. There was a piece of toilet paper behind the toilet with blood on it. One of the wash cloths had several black hairs all over it and was stained. The TV was not working properly.. the channel at top corner did not match what was on that channel, the guide did not match either. The air conditioning motor squealed loudly when the"fan" stopped blowing and was very annoying. Couldn't go any higher than 78. Did not see where the breakfast was as used to be in front lobby and attendant didn't offer to tell us where it was. Not a happy experience again. Don't know if we'll return.. this time there and last 2 were horrible.

I didnt like that the rooms were not clean as they should have been. Dresser where tv was sitting was dusty like it hadnt been cleaned off for days. Table between the beds had something sticky on it. Just was not up to expectation. Employees were very polite.

Ant infestation in the sink and bathroom. Because my husband has a dog we had to go to the far end of the hotel and it doesn’t matter that he is disabled and long walks are painful for him. There was feces on the toilet seat. Hotel does not service your room while you are there. I chose this hotel because it had a pool and the pool was empty when we got there. They opened the pool the day we left.
