「They accommodated an earlier check in since we were coming in for a wedding and it began right when check in time was scheduled for. They got us in two hours earlier, without extra cost, and were so friendly and relaxed about it. The room was the best room my boyfriend and I have been in in over a year. Very pleased and we will be staying here again. 」

「We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired. The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection. I am disabled and was totally comfortable with my safety during and after the alarm.
