This place could be a really nice place but it is not. It needs a lot of work and management that cares. The staff seemed nice but even with a lot of them around no one seemed to care about the appearance of the place. The whole area needed a good vacuum to start with. . We were there for two nights and the dirt, papers, and wrappers that were there when we arrived were still there when we left. The outside area had the same cups bottles cans and papers that were there when we arrived. Our room was clean including the bathroom and bed but there was a candy wrapper right on the rug. The clock was off by an hour it’s July. The whole room needs maintenance. The tub didn’t drain. The caulking is half done. The faucet stuck on and I had to wrestle it to turn it off. A bunch of more things I could mention. It needs new rugs,paint, wallpaper that is falling off the railings are rusted the radiators are dirty and rusted. The first night no one picked up the pool area so it was a mess when we went and there were no towels. We paid twelve bucks for the breakfast and it was as bad as you would expect. It looked okay but I don’t understand why hotels think eggs, toast,home fries steaming in a container with watered down apple and orange juice is a good breakfast. One guy could cook the eggs to order and leave home fries on a grill ready to go. a few nice things. Location is nice, the staff were all nice,and the pool itself was clean warm and we enjoyed our swim.

We came for a concert at the infinity center and it was close by and easy for us to get back and forth. Room was good. We loved that check out was 11 am

The check in process was fine. We were happy to find out about the shuttle to Gillette stadium. However, we were shocked when we got to the room and there was no window. The room only had a balcony into the center of the hotel which we were not expecting. Upon further inspection, there was hair all over the bathroom and dirt on the bed. There were random black specks everywhere. The walls had yellow staining as well as the chair in the room. There was a connecting room and the lock was not working well. The shower was stained and the drain never worked. The toilet was also not very clean. There was only one bar of soap for both the sink and shower. The towels smelled like a mix of cigarettes and Lysol. My friend requested a blanket and got told “we are busy so you might or might not get one. It depends.” She never got one. Overall, not very impressed.

The room was very clean. Free, on site parking is always nice. Close to xfinity center and easy to get Ubers. Having a bar/restaurant on site was great, but the food was just okay. The layout of the hotel was a bit strange, but overall a good hotel especially for the price.

While the overall rating for this hotel is a 4/5 for me, the receptionist brought it down from a 5/5 to a 4. She was rude, disrespectful and overall just not pleasant. I arrived at 2:15 to check in at 3 and when I asked to check in she said the room was not ready. I asked how much longer and she goes “at 3… when you’re supposed to check in” very rudely and rolling her eyes. I called the day previously and asked for an early check in and they said there would be no issue. After that I sat in the lobby and waited while 4 guests were able to check in early in front of me. I went back up at 2:45 and asked again and she again was rude and disrespectful. The actual hotel was fine but a $16 breakfast for the price of the actual room is insane. Likely won’t be staying here again.

It was okay. The hallways smelled like stale cigarettes and it appeared sketchy. The staff was nice and accommodating and the breakfast was okay, not complementary. Overall, the stay was near where we were goin g and it worked out.

When you first walk in it’s beautiful and the pool area is great but once you get to the back side of the hotel the quality it’s great. Our room smelt like smoke, our bathroom door had stuff drawn on it. Lamps weren’t working.

We were discriminated by the other guest stayed in the hotel and we notified the front desk after it happened but no further actions were taken so far. The hotel should’ve stressed the non-discrimination regulation during the check-in process or in the hotel guidelines. The staff there were helpful and friendly but the incident was terrifying and disturbing!
