"Everything was good but the view of the room. We were supposed to have a garden view and actually our view was overlooking to some plants in the pots and lots of air conditionings on the roof of the hotel . It was a little bit disappointing "

That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "My unit had balconies of different views: Chania view with the sea, snow-capped mountain view, and olive grove view with the sea! Well-maintained modern hotel and the owner helped me what I needed very quickly. I truly appreciate that. it was an off-season and quiet around, but still able to find cafes and bakeries when I drove 5 min to the town.The tavern in front of the hotel offered big cretan meals which made me very happy as well. "

"Rooms are like Villas, bathroom, living room kitchen/dining area, then bedroom and large patio, all fantastic. Location was actually on the beach, could not be closer Shopping was a 2 mins walk to the main street with an abundance of restaurants. Free buffet Breakfast was good, and had poolside snacks and dinner here also because the food was so good. Our shower drain did not drain properly, that was my only complaint. All the staff seemed friendly but there was 1 guy in particular at the front desk that was exceptional, he was a local Greek guy, by the name of Kostas, who really took the time to make you feel welcome and took the time to write down all the best little places to go. Great worker and nothing was a bother to him. I would have this guy work for me anywhere."

"Had a lovely 11 night stay at Esthisis. Excellent contact from booking. Arranged taxis for us (no additional charge just normal taxi cost) both ways. Owners mother was on reception and was lovely friendly and great information given. The cleaners were also excellent. Cleaned every day with towels changed twice a day and bedding also changed. Again very friendly whenever we saw them. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Very quiet excellent sun beds. Most comfortable ones I have experienced. Never an issue getting a bed either. Several restaurants all in walking distance less than a couple of minutes were all great. Main Street close with lots of shops and more restaurants. Thank you for a great holiday"
