「I had high expectations for this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury property, but unfortunately the cleanliness and overall maintenance didn’t match that standard. 「Hotel Zaza is the definition of a boutique hotel. The decor was beautiful and artsy -there was even a nice smell everywhere we went. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the daily coffee service and afternoon sweet treats- a nice touch! The 7th floor pool and restaurant area is so cute and well appointed - feels like an escape. 「This is an excellent property, so cute and comfy. Everything was super clean, there’s a frig if you need. We want to come again and stay longer to explore more! The adjacent coffee shop is so cute and delicious! Ripple & Rose is awesome little place for breakfast/lunch and great coffee/drinks. We love Taylor! Go Ducks !!!!」
