Bed matress was comfortable, room was clean at first sight, but sheets had a hole and there was some hair on them. The room could be cleaner, walls, and tiles, shower. Also, no soap, shampoo in the bathroom. There is a small kitchenette but no plates, no glasses, cups, spoons, etc. Location not far from public transport. In general, there is a big room for improvement.

One of the worst places I have ever been. Check-in without anyone, I arrived around 20:00. Everything dark, I couldn't see anything. I contacted the hotel per phone, and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and give me the key. The room is terrible, recent built painting unfinished, the electric stove was not working. Wifi??? Does not work, every 5 minutes it automatically disconnects. Terrible bed and mattress. Bathroom? 0.75 m2 and I almost got burnt because the water temperature was crazy. I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. I hope Hotels.com give me some free days reservation for advising me this terrible place.

Bei genauerer Betrachtung,ist der Preis zuviel für so eine Unterkunft Bad nicht sauber , Küche keine Benutzungsmöglichkeit Neue Haustür und Fenster verbaut,aber nicht fertig gestellt

Es hat die ganze Zeit nach Müll gestunken. Die Dusche ist defekt,verkalkt und wird auch überhaupt nicht warm. Der Boden war auch total schmutzig - nie wieder !

Das Hotel war gut erreichbar, ÖPNV in Laufreichweite. Privat geführt. Sauber in den vermieteten Zimmer. Ein Teil des Gebäudes befindet sich im Bau. Für Personen welche nur dort sind zum übernachten ist es ausreichend.

+ Das Zimmer war geräumig und praktisch in seiner Aufteilung. Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche und des Zimmers akzeptabel. - Es gab eine unglaubliche Menge Lärm nach 23.00 Uhr. Vor dem Einchecken war Müll in einem Schrank (einschließlich einer Fischverpackung, die sehr schlecht roch). Der Eingang zum Hotel ist sehr leicht zu übersehen. Die Gegend ist industriell und nicht wirklich geeignet. Das Hotel ist noch teilweise unvollendet und die Lobby ist besonders unattraktiv. Das Zimmer war nicht so teuer, aber selbst für diesen Preis gibt es bessere Alternativen.

Die Pension Neon ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind Modern und Neu ausgestattet und haben alles was man zum Urlaub aber auch für eine Geschäftsreise braucht. Bad und Küche sind perfekt und Neu ausgestattet. Sehr gute und in Mannheim fast unmöglich kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür!!! Sehr ruhig gelegen,perfekt zum Ausruhen aber auch zum Arbeiten wenn man Geschäftlich dort ist. Die Lage ist einfach Perfekt. Sehr ruhige Straße mit mehr als ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Shopping und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.S- Bahn und Bus sind auch direkt erreichbar. Noch eins ist sehr Lobenswert. Der Vermieter der Pension Neon ist einfach der beste:-) Sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt und hat immer ein Lächeln für uns gehabt. Wir wünschen der Pension Neon alles Gute in der schweren Zeit und freuen uns schon wieder auf den nächsten Besuch.
