It’s an underrated hotel which is actually far better than Radisson or Holiday Inn in Delhi. I had a 4 day stay here with my family and the infrastructure and service is much better than many hotels in Delhi. It’s going to be my first choice on my next trip to Delhi for sure.

Sheraton New Delhi Hotel
Clean room, wonderful staff. Everyone one was attentive and friendly. Had a great stay. The food is excellent. Will definitely revisit and recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for making our stay perfect.

At first glance, this place looked like the Ritz, but don't be fooled. The front desk manager was super friendly and upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. But, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The bathroom was fancy, but they forgot to refill the soap dispenser, so I was stuck mid-shower ...
