"Wallpaper was coming off a wall. An electrical outlet was loose and coming out of the wall. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Mattress covered in plastic which crinkled with every move. Pillows were flat and stiff.The lamp in the room did not work. There were no towel racks or counter in the bathroom. The soap provided was hard and course like lava. I thought I was using reward points to book this motel, but was charged when I arrived."
