「The Spa was so disappointing , i will not go back again」

「booked the hotel from the United States, but due to special circumstances my person (guest) could not come, so my money was wasted. There is no fault of the hotel management this happened because of my own person’s busy schedule, which is why I could not be present.」

「They were not aware of this booking. How did Expedia list this property? Expedia responded immediately and refunded all the money. Thank you, Expedia! 」
