「Very helpful staff」

「Bad service when check out, the ladies are not good at communicating. 」

「Check-in not friendly, was given a room with blood stain on bedsheet. After letting her know of the issue unfriendly lady at front desk gave me a different room which was not very well kept and had lipstick mark on bedsheet and wet washroom floor. Didn't stay and moved to a different hotel. 」

「酒店滿意！但除非自駕遊到羅勇，否則這裏的交通很不方便，你不會在街上找到的士！於酒店出外可電召的士，但返回酒店就非常困難！」

「A great budget friendly place to stay. The staff was awesome and the rooms clean. I will definitely stay again if in Rayong. Also, a great location. 」

「Very comfortable and clean. The bed was soft and made for some very good sleep at night. The room was very clean, the WiFi was fast, and good hot water pressure in the shower. It’s in a good location in Rayong, about 8 minutes to walk to the large Tesco Lotus shopping center and the Star Night Market. Free toast and coffee in the morning, but I skipped this. If you are staying in Rayong, this is a great value and place to stay.」

「If you want to do research on ghosts 👻 It is an old hospital and cemetery that should not be used as a hotel. The stench of pesticides and surgical spirits used in the hospital stinks throughout the hotel. The hotel is notorious for being uninhabitable and the locals who rent out the building are haunted and have to flee overnight. I arrived at the hotel building myself and the room I was going to rent was so scary that I immediately went back down and rented another safe hotel.」
