"They were able to check us in earlier. We showered and plugged in blow dryer to find the outlet doesn’t work. They did come up quickly to repair it but by that point we needed to be at a party unable to blow dry our hair,wet hair. The bathroom faucet smelled like sewage and there was no hot water for showers. We actually checked out a day early. Needless to say we would never stay there again or recommend it."

"The lobby looked fine, but then once you step off the elevator you are basically outside on concrete paths of a brick building like a motel; not inside carpeted hallways. The room was clean, no carpeting. The internet worked fine but didn't need a password so wasn't totally secure. I could see the light underneath the interior door between my room and the next, which was kind of weird. The bathroom had two small shampoos and conditioners each, but no soap, neither bar nor gel. Towels were clean and fresh. The self-serve single coffee machine did not match the pre-packed coffee pods - the coffee machine needed a filter holder with a round back edge and the pods were in a tray with a rectangle back. The room rate was inexpensive compared to other properties near the airport and the shuttle got me to the airport on time, and that's what I needed. Shuttle runs in the morning are every hour on the :40 minute mark (5:40, 6:40, 7:40, etc). It was fine for sleeping the night before an early morning flight, the staff was kind, and it was clean."

"Great location ! loved the suites and balcony . Free parking was great. Laundry room was a bonus (with a fee) Pool was nice sunsets beautiful. Could have had few more updated amenities in the room but i would definitely stay here again. "

"Very friendly staff from front desk to Sam the bartender at the pool. Nice rooms, nice gym. Hotel had a lot going on with people everywhere. The two pools are pretty small for the volume of people. Good location. Close to highway and airport."

"Poolside cushions worn, underneath sectional empty drink cans, bar /restaurant opened, woman serving was unfriendly, food was good, she was on her phone and eating leaning against the bar, other staff excellent especially front desk woman, room spotless and room very comfortable also appreciated the upgrade. Checked in at 12 was appreciated thank you and we would certainly come back and recommend this hotel "
