「M Resort & Spa is a fantastic getaway if you’re looking to avoid the crowds at the larger resorts. It’s quieter, more intimate, and the food quality really stands out, fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with care.
One of the most touching things was how much the owners care about their resort dog, Coco. They had the vet visit multiple times, and it’s clear the entire team is compassionate and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of everyone, including the animals.

「We had an amazing stay. The staff and owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the location is amazing with such good snorkelling and diving right off the beach, the food was top quality, and our spacious room (we had the Buddha room) was spotless. We're definitely going back!」

「Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. 「The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down.」

「I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised.
There was no operating restaurant.
The room was unclean
The shutters on the windows broken.
Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.」
