Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff and the most wonderful rest. The hotel offers breakfast and room service too for a light free. I enjoyed my stay here and felt the warm welcome and incredible hospitality from all the staff I met. I would recommend this hotel to all familiar and new comers to PH. It is amazing. Stayed here many times in the last few years. Itā€™s my go-to hotel when in the Cebu area. Itā€™s quiet, clean and comfortable and affordably priced. On site restaurant with room service available. Just a quick walk to a 7-11 if you need anything.

I book a deluxe room which had a small table a numb of dressers for cloths, couch and mid size fridge. Good bang for the buck and is on a main Street. It's a older place but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Cons: I don't mind a room key to turn on power but when the fridge is on the same circuit it makes the fridge useless. 2nd they charged extra for extra towels. It wasn't much like 50 pesos. Also, room only had one roll of toilet paper. You could request more when you ran out but they only brought one roll at a time. They should bring at least two because they are small rolls.

No bidet

Pro - Affordable, Easy to find, Clean, Friendly Staff Cons - Doesn't have a Bidet and on top of that you're not suppose to flush toilet paper. No sign is posted about flushing but when the toilet wouldn't flush the toilet paper I told the front desk. Then she informed me you're not suppose to flush toilet paper and gave me another room. If the hotel doesn't want customers to flush toilet paper they should at least have a bidet which 95% of hotels I have used in S.E Asia have. I will not be staying here again.
