"THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS, THEY SENT MY EMPLOYEES TO A ROOM THAT WAS NOT CLEANED YET. THEN GOT RE-ASSIGNED A NEW ROOM, THAT ONE HAD 2 BEDBUGS, HAD TO REACH OUT TO EXPEDIA TO GET A FULL REFUND!"
"The rug going into the office was dirty and there was a line of dead flowers along the wall. I'm thinking the heat killed them. The room smelled and the floors needed cleaned. the window was disgusting and there was a towel laying inside the curtain, where it appeared that maybe someone attempted to clean the window. Not a pleasant stay. You could see daylight under the door and so lots of bugs in the place. Fixtures in the bathroom needed a really good cleaning."
"Everything was ok; breakfast minimal and very basic.
On the pro side: it was easy to find, beds were very comfortable, very quiet at night, felt fairly safe and the AC worked well!
The bright welcoming atmosphere was lacking. The windows In our room appeared to be painted for privacy or another reason.
End result - would stay there again because of the price"
"I had clean sheets and clean bathroom. I had to leave a debit card for $150.00 for incidentals. The ac was broken and the curtains were ruffled. It was just different than our stay IHG."
