El hotel muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. Los chicos que trabajan el hotel son muy amables. Si debo comentar que actualmente la carta del restaurante es muy pequeña, pero nos han indicado que ello se debe a que la cocina es chica, pero que pronto la van a ampliar y con ello tendrán la posibilidad de ampliar la carta.

No me pude comunicar para avisar de mi hora de llegada. Nadie me abrió y solo pude quedarme una noche. La propiedad es hermosa pero el servicio es pésimo. La hora del checkout es a las 11, a la misma que un hostal. Usualmente los hoteles y bungalows te dejan hasta la 1. Se metieron al bungalow a limpiar a las 11 sin pedir permiso. Tienen que mejorar su servicio de sobremanera.

I have nothing but compliments for this place!!! My husband and I stayed at the bungalow classic with private pool. We got everything as described in the details and photos for this place. The property is a few steps away from a private beach with spectaular views. The service was also great! Aldo took care of all our needs: Motor taxi service when we requested it, food delivery, and grocerys. Special thanks to everyone in la playa property for making our stay a memorable one. We will definately be back!

Haber! por donde empezamos, el acceso al hotel, les recomiendo ir en un buen carro, sino de seguro no llegan o se quedan atorados, trocha, y si llueven (como nos pasó) olvídense! el bungalow si estaba bonito para qué, la piscinita tambien, aunque la arena fuera del bungalow hacia que cada entrada al cuarto era un barro asegurado dentro del bungalow, Aldo, el chico encargado solo se apareció para preguntar si queriamos delivery, pero como teniamos carro no necesitabamos, estuvimos 3 dias 2 noches y NUNCA nos hicieron el cuarto, ni limpiaron, es mas tuvimos que comprar nuestro papel higienico, nisiquiera cambiaron las toallas, NUNCA! el hotel el bonito pero olvidense en poder nadar en la playa ahi, todo esta cubierto por rocas inmensas que hacen IMPOSIBLE siquiera nadar en la orilla, tienes que caminar unos 10 minutos masomenos para poder encontrar una playita donde disfrutar, para el precio, el servicio y la playa no están a la altura, si volveria o lo recomendaria? la verdad NO mejor busquen un hotel mas cercano al centro de órganos, y por el servicio definitivamente NO volvería,no provocó para nada siquiera dejar propina

Estancia en la playa

El hotel es bonito con una vista fenomenal de la playa creo que se va a convertir en un buen hotel cuando culminen de construirlo. No es muy grato que te cambien la habitación reservada porque está en remodelación y tener que estar al lado escuchando el ruido de la remodelación y de los trabajadores. La idea de la privacidad se vió afectada. Una recomendación es que habiliten la atención del servicio de comida aunque sea algo básico. Debes salir a comprar al pueblo o pedir Delivery
