AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The property tried to charge me twice. The apartment owner is also very rude on the phone with poor communication. Once I had booked, I arrived at the apartment to find out I can't be let in the building because all staff had gone home. I asked why am able to book if no one is available to let me in and he told me I booked to late. He then asked me to send £700 to his account in order for him to send someone to let me in. I declined and said we will leave it only to wake up to nearly £400 taken out of my account.
