The hotel was nice and very convenient to Piccadilly Station. The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for some renovations so we had to go across the street to a different hotel for food and drinks. The room could use a luggage rack for our luggage. Only one set of towels was in the bathroom and another was in a bag in the room. Would be better if all towels were in the bathroom. A nice hotel that will be better once the restaurant is open again and a few more tweaks. I thought the location was good.

Lovely big rooms, stylish decor, big comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff and a central location make this a great hotel. There was no view from our room but it was very quiet given its central location. Our room was air conditioned but cool enough without it. Lovely stay.

Just had 2 nights at the Heathcote and really liked the hotel. Set in a classic old Manchester building just 3 minutes walk from the train station, the rooms are large and airy with high ceilings and lots of space, also tastefully decorated. Breakfast was really good too and made to order rather than a buffet stye. Staff were really helpul and friendly.
