「This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. 「Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to...
