Hotel muito ruim

A aparência do hotel é ruim. O espaço do café da manhã é desagradável e te faz perder a vontade de comer. O andar em que fiquei estava muito sujo por causa de uma reforma no elevador. A aparência do quarto é desagradável. Na minha primeira noite perguntei ao recepcionista onde tinha um lanchonete e ele disse que não sabia de nenhuma nas proximidades e ele me desaconselhou a sair do hotel porque a região era muito perigosa. No outro dia descobri que o teatro amazonas ficava a cerca de trezentos metros do hotel e lá havia uma grande quantidade de possibilidades de alimentação. Perguntei a um Policial e ele me disse que o risco era andar naquela região após as 23 horas, ou seja, recepcionista mal preparado. No check out fui forçado a retornar ao meu quarto para pegar os controles da TV e do ar condicionado, sem os quais eu não sairia do hotel. Interessante é que eu poderia ter levado as toalhas, lençóis e até a televisão que ninguém se importaria. O importante era devolver os controles. Coisa de hotel de 3a. categoria.

O atendimento é muito bom porém a estrutura do hotel precisa passar por revisões de funcionalidade, torneiras pingando, ar condicionado não funcionando direito, cheiro de mofo no apartamento . A garagem não comporta veículo de maior porte tipo pick UP.

Melhorar na limpeza, melhorar os intensilos de cama e banho e cortinas melhorar a limpeza da piscina verificar o elevador que não funciona direito colocando risco pra quem usa iluminação nas escadas de emergência o que salvou o nosso período no hotel foi a localização

Estadia totalmente desconfortável

Horrível estadia, toalhas de banho velhas. Travesseiro com mal cheiro. Corredores com odor de esgoto. Não tem estacionamento gratuito. Assento do vaso sanitário rachado daqueles rígidos. Porta do apartamento emperrando, abria somente com empurrão bem forte! Estrutura bem velha em tudo.

No geral foi boa. Nem excelente e nem ruim. Meu quarto tem um defeito na porta do box, que faz não vedar toda, e por isso em todo banho molha (alaga) tudo. A limpeza e troca dos itens de cama/banho tem que ser solicitada, e isso não me falaram no check-in. O guarda roupas não tem muita prateleira, só 2, o que deixa muito espaço vazio. O café da manhã achei um pouco aquém do esperado. Jantar é ótimo, parabéns ao chefe de cozinha.

O atendimento é muito bom porém o quarto tem cheiro muito forte de mofo e a garagem é muito pequena pra poucas vagas. Se tiver um carto grande é mais difícil. Tem jantar no restaurante e a comida é simples porém muito boa. Acredito que é um hotel com potencial de melhora.

Hotel qui n’a de prestige que le nom: tout est vieillot, deglingue, pas insonorisé… C’est propre et bien situé, le service est gentil mais une grosse rénovation serait nécessaire. Le petit dej buffet par contre est plutôt correct.

Hotel tenebroso

Infelizmente o hotel não é nenhum pouco higiênico, só faziam limpeza com a solicitação na recepção e o café da manhã muito limitado. A piscina estava suja. Eles precisa rever os seus conceitos. O único ponto positivo é a localização na área central de Manaus.

Mediano para menos.

Não foi boa. O quarto não era confortável, estava sujo, as camas eram duras e com colchão manchado. A única vista que tinha do quarto era para o telhado e uma poça de água acumulada na lateral. Inclusive, entrei em contato com hotéis.com para pedir um reembolso e trocar de hotel e não atenderam minha solicitação. Única coisa boa do hotel foi o atendimento, os funcionários são maravilhosos.
