「This hotel is about expectation management. It was the cheapest thing available with free cancelation and "decent" reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The room was large - probably unnecessarily large. On the negative side, there was an obvious funk to the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant next door and people were loud well into the night. The toilet flush is weak, and I had to get a plunger to help. I only needed a place...

「When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water!
