「Stayed from 26 to 31. This hotel was absolutely unacceptable and should not be listed as a place to stay. The condition of the room was shocking: extreme dirt, thick dust everywhere, visible mold in the bathroom, and a severely rusty faucet. There was a constant bad smell that made the stay very uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene and health concerns. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. While the staff were somewhat polite, that does not...

「The staff is so friendly and nice specially abeer. However, the ac is not clean and made us cough so we had to turn it off. The beds are very old, the mattress was dented and we requested it to be changed but the hotel was full apparently. The water is not hot enough, and tastes so weird when used to brush our teeth. I would recommend using bottled water. 」

「I had a really good experience at Odan Apart. The location is great and really close to hamra. It was perfect for me as a first time visitor in Lebanon. The host and the co hosts are really helpful and welcoming. I checkout at night and it wasn’t a problem for them at all. The place is clean, spacious and comfortable. 」

「The area of the hotel is the best thing. The staff don’t pickup phone. Electricity went away 5 times and no water for 2 hours. The rooms are big but furniture is old like 25 years old and heavily used. There are better options for same price as area is fine. 」
