Very nice hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The buffet breakfast is good, there is enough choice.
They have buffet dinner in restaurant. It very good hotel if you Wanne visted the gp from Bahrein.
I recently stayed at Alsafir Hotel in Jumeirah, Manama, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided by the staff and housekeeping team. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly elevated my experience. My room was always impeccably clean and comfortable, thanks to the exceptional housekeeping team.
A special mention for the daily breakfast—it was absolutely delightful! The variety of fresh and flavorful options catered to all tastes, and the staff ensured everything was well-stocked and beautifully presented. It was a wonderful way to start each day.
Thank you for providing such a welcoming and memorable stay—I can’t wait to return!
The room sizes are big but the hotel is a little dry like Bahrain. Also the windows are really dirty so don’t come here for the views. There is a bar next door so don’t bring kids here because you can see the drunk people walking about side ‘ Saudis ‘ and hear them from your room.
Front desk people were great. Made an appointment for COVID for me. Printed results for me so I could cross the Causeway back to Saudi.
Only bad point was room service was terrible. Had to go to Caucina restaurant for dinner because room service would not answer. Next day I waited
30 minutes for a bucket of Ice.
Overall the stay was good. Breakfast at the moment is in your room and comes in silver aluminium trays. Breakfast was ok but would have preferred to be in a restaurant. But overall the stay for 13 nights was comfortable.
This is by far one of the worst hotels i've ever been to and i go to Bahrain at least once every 2 weeks. My check-in process took 20 mins and i was sent to the second tower to find out that my booking was at the first tower to begin with. I was not offered nothing for my trouble as you would expect i would get free breakfast in which i was promised and wasn't delivered. On top of that, the bellman slammed the door of my room cuz i didn't tip him!!! The room and bathroom weren't clean. Dry spots everywhere at the bathroom. The bed is hard and the staff is no where near friendly. no enough parking and not shaded either, as i had to park on the side of the street across from the hotel. i regret booking with them and i don't know how they still in business

Stayed here for one night,
Check in took so long, smell was not nice inside.
Other than that everything was good room was nice and comfortable..
Not 4-star hotel level
Detergents smell inside the room.. door card was not working and asked reception 4 times but it still not working, every time I want to enter my room I should ask the staff to open it!..

Facilities at hotel not as expected.
It was extremely disappointing to see the website did not depict the hotel as described. The outside pool is not a true reflection of the hotel, it is dusty due to building work, the pool in shadow most of day, and small sitting area. Dining room is very dark, the noise from traffic and other guests excessive in bedrooms.
This hotel is located on a main street in the Juffair district of Manama. On one side of the hotel, you have full blown construction with massive noise from 6 am to 9 pm. We asked to move to the other side of the hotel and were placed next to a more quiet construction zone. Still noisy. This hotel is also located directly above two night clubs (with a 3rd one being built). The music from the clubs was so loud in addition to the parking lot being a revolving door. There was also a fist fight outside our window between patrons of the clubs. The entire time we were there it was NOT quiet on the street in front of the hotel. The motorcycles raced 24/7. The neighbor upstairs from us had a small child that ran back and forth through their room. The noise was intense. You could hear everything. On our last morning, the person across from us played their music so loud that through both closed room doors, it was loud. The hotel was clean, but old. All hallways on floor 4 and 5 smelled like cigarettes. The beds were horrid. It was like sleeping on concrete each night. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The layout needs help, but the noise of the ancient toaster was like nails on a chalkboard. The waffles were terrible each day we tried them. They need a new head chef and an interior designer to revamp the restaurant. Nice staff, but they cannot create a relaxing hotel with what they have to work with. We will NOT be back. Ever.
Great location, good wifi, large room, comfortable. One of the two elevators wasn't working, and the air conditioned was by default pretty cold (but could be changed). Aside from those 2 points, everything was perfect
